Therapeutic Yoga is not just about understanding the physical alignment, and how to use yogic technologies, but also how to make the mind clear and serene, so you can create wellbeing where there was pain, suffering, unclarity and no communication.
This course explores specific inner engineering practices that brings you, the boss, the spirit, back into control over your mind and body, and of course when you have that ability you always choose to create health. While this course focuses on the physical attributes, to see the physical we have to improve the mental body.
We will use a method called 3 gates, which gives a precise viewpoint on how to see and transform the physical body using mind science. In 3 gates study we learn activations and visual practices that show how the body is being held in a compressed and injured position at the level of habit, automation, and mental patterns of movement, and then remove the blockages systematically. This system gives precise actions for every individual as to their needs, and willingness to transform.
