Yin is the receptive, still, intuitive and meditative quality oen missing from our lives in a busy world.

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. This state of consciousness is different from meditation in which concentration on a single focus is required.

Yin Yoga is an opportunity to combine physical practice with meditation and deep breathing, and is very complimentary to more vigorous yoga styles, athletes, and people with high-stress lives.

Terminarás este curso sintiéndote más calmado y con una guía de herramientas prácticas para mantener esa alineación interna, calma y claridad.
