Healing Anxiety w/Breath & Meditation

The effect of habitual tension is stress, and a body that feels compressed.  When you are in control of your breath, you dissolve tension, and regulate the mind.  Carrying tension is like pulling the past ahead of you. 

 

 

This is a series of community classes to clear, clean and rehabilitate the ability to regulate our system using the yogic sciences pranayama and meditation.

I am including Yoga for Your Face to help clear tension and improve breathing, release jaw pain, and tension from the face.  Practice this regularly for a more youthful appearance.
